1. Using this website

By accessing the Brevan Softwares events portal you agree to these terms. You may browse events without an account, but you must create an account and be signed in to book tickets. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens on your account. If you enable two-factor authentication, you must not share your code or device with anyone.

You may not use this website to book tickets fraudulently, to resell tickets at a profit, or in any way that interferes with other users or with the operation of the site.

2. Bookings

A booking reserves seats for one event. Bookings for free events are confirmed immediately. Bookings for paid events remain pending until the payment is confirmed. You can have one active booking per event — booking again while an active booking exists will take you back to your existing ticket instead of creating a duplicate.

3. Payments

• Paid events are paid in Kenyan Shillings (KES) using M-PESA. The listed price is per person; your total is the price multiplied by the number of tickets you select.
• When you pay, an M-PESA STK push is sent to the phone number you provide. Complete the payment by entering your M-PESA PIN when prompted. Your phone number must be yours and able to receive M-PESA prompts.
• A payment is only successful once we receive confirmation. After a successful payment your booking is marked paid and your ticket is activated.
• If your ticket still shows pending after you have paid, use the “Already paid?” option on the booking page or ticket to submit your M-PESA confirmation code. We verify it and confirm your ticket automatically where possible; otherwise it is reviewed manually by Brevan Softwares.
• Keep the M-PESA confirmation message and your payment reference. You may be asked to show them when verifying a ticket or resolving a payment query.

4. Refunds & cancellations

You can cancel a pending (unpaid) booking at any time; no money changes hands. Paid tickets are confirmed purchases — refunds are issued only where stated by the event organiser or where required by law. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we will contact ticket holders about refunds. Any M-PESA or banking charges applied by your service provider are not refundable.

5. Tickets & venue entry

Your ticket shows a QR code that is scanned to verify your registration at the venue. Only tickets whose status is paid (or free) are valid for entry. Tickets that are pending, cancelled or not found will be refused. You may be asked to show an identity document matching the name on the ticket.

6. Online events

For online events, the streaming link is shown only to ticket holders whose booking is paid or free. Sharing your personal stream link publicly may result in the loss of access without refund.

7. Our responsibility

We provide this website and ticketing services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brevan Softwares is not liable for indirect losses, for events run by third-party organisers, or for issues caused by your phone network, M-PESA or your internet connection. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page always applies to new bookings. Significant changes are announced on this page and, where practical, by email.
